Yuni is a veteran industry expert in Human Resources and Corporation Administration. Specialised in the areas of compensation and benefits, she had worked in various MNCs in her career, in various capacities supporting both the operational and policies aspect of HR and GA. Other key aspects of her corporation experiences includes building and managing relationships between management and staff and communicating with employees on behalf of the management.
 
Yuni advocates that people are the assets of the company and she believes that great leaders play a very important role in bringing the best out of people. Other than holding a degree in Business Management from Southern Illinois University from the U.S., she is also trained in Personnel Management and has a Specialist Diploma in Counselling Psychology.
